You are responsible for activity on your account. Sign-in is available via Google OAuth or email/password — keep your login credentials secure.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your ParoMe account page by choosing “Manage billing,” which opens the Stripe billing portal. Access continues through the end of the billing period. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
30-day packs are one-time digital content purchases. They open immediately after purchase, do not renew automatically, and end after the stated access period.
Scenario course modules are one-time purchases too. A module opens immediately and stays available for 60 days; a language bundle opens every module in that language, including modules published during its one-year period. Neither renews automatically, and neither charges you again when the access period ends.
Subscription plans may request a refund within 7 days of a first purchase, once per user. 30-day packs may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours if they have not been heavily used. Abuse, shared accounts, or unusually heavy usage may not qualify.
A single scenario course module can be refunded within 7 days of purchase — just write to us, no reason needed. A language bundle can be refunded within 7 days as long as no more than three of its modules have been opened. Refunds return the full amount to your original payment method; access ends when the refund is issued.
Don't use ParoMe to harass others, generate harmful content, or attempt to break the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
ParoMe is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime, and we may change or discontinue features with notice.
To the extent permitted by law, ParoMe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
